“Great Hotel! Great Kiddie Pool!”

Clean and really comfortable room. Great pool area with seperate kid's pool which was great for children. Really friendly staff. Will stay again!

“Moorhead Marriott”

I was extremely happy with my stay at the Moorhead Marriott - I had called ahead of time because I never used Expedia to reserve a room and I requested a microwave for the room (was free of charge) and everything was ready for me upon arrival. The room was comfy - easy to use heat controls and the bed was wonderful. Fell asleep in no time. Only think I was left wondering was if the breakfast was free or not - but was in a hurry to do things in Moorhead so I didn't have time to stop & ask (complimentary coffee in the lounge was wonderful too!)

Area recommendations
It's a beautiful, small town - easy enough to view the whole city & it's neighboring city in a weekend.

“Hotel-yes, hotel restaurant-NO!”

This hotel is well maintained and had good front desk service. We needed additional pillows and a blanket and it was delivered promptly. Room was in good repair and clean. But...forget the hotel restaurant. We went there for dinner and it was very dissapointing. There were a total of three other diners present but it still took forever for the waitress to take our order, took 25 minutes to get 5 dinners of sandwhich type baskets which were overpriced and of really poor quality. Even three starving teenagers who normally eat anything commented. The waitress disappeared and we had to go looking for someone to give us ketchup. Finally, we asked for the check and waited 15 minutes for it and found the waitress instead counting out the till. Skip the restaurant!
