We stayed in a cottage with a view of the ocean. Fantastic..... Food and beach...and staff all first rate. Prices in the restaurant were the same as the other beach places......so, why go out.
Hotel buffet on Tueday night was fabulous.....
We will return next year. Manager is top-notch!!!!

Beatiful place and views from room and pool. Rooms are ok with big balconies, fridge, tv-sat, aircon. Unfortunatelly pool is not available in the evening, there is no lights there (which were presented in the photos..). Brekfast is quite boring, one day is self service, other day served by waiter. Staff is very very nice and helpful
I booked this hotel thinking that it would be luxurious, as it was almost double the price of the other (very nice) hotels during my trip. Sadly, the facilities are mediocre. I would be pleased to pay about 1/3 of what I paid for a room; but this hotel is way too expensive.
The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. It all just felt very run down.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They all seemed to speak English. The breakfast was made to order (but you could order as much as you wanted), which was very nice.
Unfortunately, there are no good restaurants on the strip of beach. The resort restaurant is good, but certainly too expensive. The restaurant next door was terrible--the absolute worst mango sticky rice I have ever had.
I was happy with the free kayaks and the cheap motorbikes. I would go back to Koh Lanta, but I wouldn't stay at Anda Lanta again.
