5/5 Excellent
"The Greenbank is in a really nice location just on the edge of town and the harbour. My room was very nice, perfectly clean (apart from the shower which could have been a little better) and had a very comfortable bed.
Every single staff member was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. And finally the food was lovely.
Thank you, see you again soon.."
"Extremely welcoming on arrival, beds comfy and rooms immaculate, visitors information was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection, very conveniently placed as well: many local options for food and shopping and a short walk to the beach.
Katie was immensely helpful and polite, overall a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend, will absolutely be coming back 10/10."
"From our arrival for a 3 night stay! We felt at home. Staff were friendly and chatty. The meals were of good quality and choice. Use of the "health center"was included in the offer.

"Lovely hotel, so close to the coast, had wonderful views of the sea. Beautifully modern decoration and furnishings. Friendly welcome and nice breakfast. Fantastic value for money "
"One of us is a wheelchair user and although the room wasn’t advertised as accessible we were able to manage very well. The first room was not appropriate as we couldn’t get in because of the step in the patio door but we were moved in the morning to room 24 which was perfect for us. There was also a grab rail and stool in the shower. The triple room had plenty of space to manoeuvre. The staff were very accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately the pool is not accessible due to the steps from the changing room but they don’t advertise as being an accessible hotel so we weren’t expecting to be able to use the pool, but we were grateful to find a lovely clean affordable hotel in Falmouth that we managed to fit our needs. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly, from reception, room attendants, pool cleaner and waiting staff. Thankyou very much. We will be back. The only thing I’d add that would have made our stay better was a coffee table in the room to use when we were sitting on the sofa. "
