"Absolutely the BEST!!!! From check-in to check-out"
Front desk clerk,Jessie welcomed us like we were family in his home,and treated as such! The week prior we spent in one of "the chain motels",and it's was barely tolerable. The rooms were as clean and comfortable as my own house,and my wife cleans homes for a living; so needless to say we were impressed. They're service staff was nothing short of a 5 star hotel,like the Ritz-Carlton!!! And the adjoining restaurant,Bentley's was one of the finest places to eat,and affordable; that we have found anywhere in the DC area. Looking forward to the next work project in the area,just so we can stay at the Governor'sHouse again.
Hotel staff is extremely helpful!! I thought my hair dryer didn't work, so he offered to let me use the one in another hotel room. But turns out the hair dryer in my room worked; regardless, he was very helpful.
I stayed there with my wife for only one night.
Studio-room was spacious, clean.
There were a small kitchen with all necessary appliances to prepare food.
Also the hotel includes a free breakfast in the price of a room.
Breakfast are very delicious with a variety of food, which can satisfy everyone who stays there.
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The breakfasts were good and there was always plenty of food. On weeknights they even offer a dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to the Metro and close to many sights.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, and each time has been a pleasure. Nice alternative to chain hotels, but for the same or better price. Good eateries within walking distance. Panera Bread across the street for a nice breakfast option.
