“clean and well located”

Stayed 7 nights in falls church. This Hotel was a great Value. It's an older building but very well maintained. Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. Felt very safe and comfortable. Very short walk to a variety of good restaurants. Fast food was very close by as well. $1.70 short bus ride to Metro stop that took us to DC. to avoid DC traffic. Very pleased with this Hotel.

“Very Impressed”

The staff was very helpful - the rooms do not have hairdryers in them, but they are available just by asking at the front desk. The breakfast that is offered is very small (muffins, danish) but served the purpose for us. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very good location, and easy to find.

“an inexpensive stay”

This hotel lacked some of the creature comforts you find at more expensive establishments, but for the price I was very satisfied.

“Great hotel for the price”

This was a no frills hotel but a comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

“Small hotel, no restaurant but clean”

The hotel is just 10 minutes from Tyson's Corner and 30 minutes to D.C. It's a small hotel with clean room and washroom; wireless high speed internet is free. There is no gym, pool or restaurant but with the price you pay, you could not ask for any more. I would recommend for business and leisure. Robert May 2007

“Very decent for the price”

This hotel served its purpose: a safe, clean place to stay with close proximity to the sights of DC (usually a 15-20 minute drive). Conveniences of free wifi, good-sized in room refrigerator, microwave, breakfast items (only small juices and pre-packaged danish-muffins), and free parking. Nice surrounding neighborhood. Groceries, gas, quick eateries nearby. Don't expect anything at all glamorous; and also, the smallest hotel lobby I've ever seen.

“Meets Expectations as a Budget Hotel”

I was looking for the absolutely cheapest hotel/motel in the (West) Falls Church area for a single night's stay so that I could spent a day seeing the sights before a business trip started. This hotel is in an area close to several restaurants ranging from Taco Bell and 7-11 to decent sit-down Italian joints. I arrived in the late evening after a $40 cab ride from Dulles and was greeted by the friendly desk clerk who checked me in promptly. Amusingly, they issue you your battered old TV remote with your key. The room was air-conditioned and had a standard layout. I suppose you could call it dingy but clean. Given what I paid, my first impression upon opening the door was "Yeah, this place will suit me just fine." No fridge, but a soda and ice machine down the hall. There were few frills; you get a bar of soap and a clean set of towels for one. But the room, and especially the bathroom, were clean and well kept by the maid service. The bed was kind of hard and threadbare, but I could have taken it for at least a few nights. If I was travelling to pleasure with my wife or my friends, I would spend a little extra for a nicer hotel, but if you're looking for a basic cheap accomodation, this place doesn't have any evil surprises.

“Good hotel for Dr. Karickoff's eye clinic and convenient bus transportation to DC subway system.”

This hotel is not fancy, has very few amenities but is priced very reasonable for its location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The metro bus stops directly across the street and can get you to the DC subway system in a few minutes. From there you can be in the mall area of Washington DC in less than 30 minutes. This is a very economical way to stay and visit the Washington DC area for a multiple-day visit.
