Great hotel

Everything was Great except that we didn’t have an option for breakfast. Had to come 6:30-7:30. We skipped it.

Dyrt för det man får. Nattklubbsdunk till 01:00 & riktigt dålig frukost. Gammal ost (hårda kanter) & dåligt utbud. Verkligen inte värt pengarna

Charming Hotel in outstanding surrounding
A great hotel with the old toll bridge and river right outside the front of th building. You can hear the river from the hotel which gives you a calm feeling when staying here. The rooms are modern and up to date. Breakfast is up to the normal Swedish standard (brilliant breakfast buffet).

A Gem worth a Little Detour
The rooms were delightful, with sunlit patio doors opening out onto the river and a vista from the cover of a tourist brochure. We changed our plans and stayed an extra night, and it was a high point of our Volvo pick-up trip. Even my teen age kids liked it, and they don’t like anything not presented on a cell phone screen.

Fun time in Falkenberg
The view, sound and smell of the river was wonderful. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around and full of nice shops and local arts and crafts. The room was very small and the bathroom is in need of an upgrade. Loved the pillows, hated the bed. Breakfast was very good and hotel personnel very pleasant and always helpful. Live music downstairs in Harry's Bar & Restaurant.

Slitet men ändå bra hotell
Hotellet ligger jättefint nära vattnet, trevlig personal och riktigt bra frukost. Extra plus för att det fanns en massa olika frukt att välja till frukosten! Trevligt att de bjöd på fika vid receptionen på kvällen. Enda minus är att det var lite krångligt med parkeringen utanför (p-skiva) och det hemska duschdraperiet. Bodde i ett litet enkelrum med minimal dusch och det köper jag om man bokar ett sånt rum men det är inte trevligt att stå där och duscha och få ett kallt draperi som hela tiden klistrar fast dog mot kroppen. Byt till glasdörrar eller sätt upp nåt tjockare draperi med tyngder så det inte fastnar mot kroppen på en när man duschar!

Ligger fint, dålig frukost
Hotellet ligger jättefint vid ån mitt i stan. Hotellet har få p-platser men det finns p-platser på gatan precis utanför. Hotellet är slitet men ändå lite charmigt. Sängarna var ok, men de två kuddarna var verkligen inte sköna. Frukosten var ingen höjdare. Både de löskokta och hårdkokta äggen var gröna runt gula.. Äggstanningen var torr och tråkig, men baconen var jättegod. De små tjocka ”pannkakorna” var ”stenhårda” och ingen grädde serverades till. Det var tråkiga bullar och bröd. De två hårdostarna stod på fel plats mot namnskyltarna. Man hade tv:n på på flera ställen i frukostmatsalen och ljudet var jättehögt. Hittade tack o lov ett ställe där det spelades lugn musik istället. När man checkar ut är det trevligt om man frågar om man haft det bra, men det man sa var att Ja det är betalt. Kuddar och frukost behöver ses över för att vi ska återvända.

Trevligt hotell, utmärkt läge
Rummet (enkel bädd) var litet men rent, fint och trevligt. Hotellet har bästa tänkbara läge med promenadavstånd till allt. Personalen i receptionen vänlig och hjälpsam. Jag hade en trevlig och behaglig vistelse, kommer att boka där igen.
