"We have been coming to this hotel for many years but have never been in April. It has been a revelation !! Fantastic weather and the usual brilliant service!! A special thanks to Stavros for always making us feel so welcome and a big thanks to Emelia who has greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for her. We love the pool and the lazy river and the seafront location is briliant! From here it’s easy to access Faliraki or enjoy the wonderful old town! We will always come back here as it makes us happy!!! "

Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road "

"sun palace staff from the front desk to the dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all great! staff worked very hard to provide guests a good experience. The property itself needs an upgrade and several repairs need to be made. The cost of the resort and the all-inclusive status make it work for all income levels and guests traveling with children. we enjoyed our holiday very much and utilized the bus stop right across the street from the resort to go into Rhodes town and to go to Lindo's. my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay as well as both of our birthday's. We enjoyed the island very much. The front desk staff had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary which was a very nice touch. "
