Fantastic location to stay and see the Everglades. All the hotel rooms (maybe 15 of them) surround a small indoor pool with a small waterfall feature. The pool has a screened room that you can look at the moon and stars as you swim. The continental breakfast is a continental plus breakfast, and the service is great. You can choose to eat in the screened in veranda. You can help yourself to coffee and tea at night. I'm planning to stay there again this winter when I travel with my husband.

we liked it very much. Had a corner unit w/screened balcony & morning sun. Beautiful landscaping. pool area excellent /shade. Actually 4 restaurants within 200 feet of our room, but only used 2 of them. 3 others within short walking distance. Only drawback, not on beach. Quiet. We are not fans of 15 story hotels so this was great. Unit had 2 separate b/r 's so had friends come to stay for a portion of time which was great. We previously lived in Florida, but no where as nice as this.

The hotel room was set up more like a small studio apartment with a full kitchen, which came in handy! We were there three nights for work and just needed a cheaper option on Marco Island away from the $300 /night hotels. This little Inn was perfect for that. It was in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, which didn't feel strange at all. It made it very peaceful. The only strange thing were that sketchy-looking people from the neighborhood walked through the Inn's property to fish in the small lake several times per day. We also got a not-so-awesome scowl from a guy that was doing maintenance one day on the property. Nothing big to worry about, really, but those were the only two odd things. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

We were worried as we drove further on Marco. All the motels and cottages seemed so close and the area was noisy but The Boathouse jumped out at us as we found the address. Nestled amongst the larger establishments was this charming smaller place. My husband and I were very happy to see the little piece of heaven when we arrived.

We really did not know what to expect with some of the reviews that we had seen. When we arrived our travel agent was very kind and explained how to get to our room. When we arrived at our room we were very happy to see everything we needed for our week long stay was right at our fingertips. The room was immaculate the location was perfect. We had all the comforts of home plus we were right near the marina and tiki bar and within minutes we could be at the beach or out on the town, we were not far from anything but we had a quiet place to call home for a week. I can not wait to go back and my only fear is that everyone will find out about this beautiful little paradise and it will no longer be available to us when we want it. We enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, sight seeing, golfing, eating out at beautiful resturants, and just being in the warm beautful surroundings. If I were to ever want a more relaxing wonderful vacation I do not know where else I would go. This is a great place if you want to get away from it all and just relax and enjoy the company of your loved one or your family. I want to go back tomorrow!!
