The service and courtesy of the staff was exemplary. In addition to their overall courtesy while there, I left a good blouse there and when I called they very efficiently and politely found it and made arrangements to ship it to me. Thanks to Glen at front desk for prompt follow-up!!!!

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was not only beautiful and clean inside but the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent, my family and I loved everything about this place!

The staff was friendly and welcoming (even gave me a rose for Valentines Day.) Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We booked last minute, and it turned out great!

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding and thought the value was incredible! Our room was extremely clean, and looked better than the online photos. The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating. We needed extra time to recover the day after the wedding and they gave us an extra 3 hours which was a huge relief, as we had a long drive home. The only minor inconvenience was that we booked a King bed, but upon arriving we were informed that they oversold the King rooms and we would have to take a double Queen room. This was no issue for us, but I see how it could potentially be an issue for others. In exchange for the inconvenience they offered us free breakfast for our entire stay, but we didn’t take advantage of that so I cannot speak to it. Overall great experience, and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

Everything was fine, except the beds and pillows. We had to buy our own pillows because the ones provided were thin. And the bed was uneven and lumpy. We had back pain after we left.
