“Room Smelled Awefull!!!front dest at night has no idea what's going on! Won't go back!!!”

The Front desk wouldn't give us our room with my family waiting since she didn't know how issue a room from Expedia! Took 45 minutes and another shift to help..... The room smelled line cat urine!!!
