“Perfect in all area's that a hotel should offer !!!”

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had all amenities that one would need and more. The location was perfect...close to everything. The best hotel I have stayed in for years.

“Very nice hotel at a reasonable rate.”

My daughter and i were in town for a tournament she was involved in and she and i were impressed with the hotel. With the exception of some noisy water pipes. we were surprised at what our room rate got us. Nice accommodations, updated rooms, free wi-fi and a nice breakfast bar. we were very satisfied.

“not impressed”

cutstomer service was horrible. we got the suite and it was nothing but a room with a jacuzzi tub that was filthy. food was left from others near the elevator for the housekeeper to take away, but it was never taken away.

Area recommendations
i recommend staying at the tulalip hotel. it's nice and friendly atmosphere.

“Our family enjoyed the holiday and its easy on my wallet”

This hotel is the needle in the haystack, the quality and comfort of the rooms at the reasonable price makes this an ideal hotel to stay at for a trip into Washington State

“Unexpectedly awesome”

Wow this place was a diamond in the rough! Looked like an office building outside but inside the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was awesome, this place far exceeded neighboring chain hotels! We will be back ! 5 minute drive to Seattle premium outlets

“Too bad the room had an odd smell”

This hotel room was ok - I have definitely stayed in better 3 star hotels. There was a weird sewer smell in our room. However, the room was very large which was great since we had our two kids travelling with us.

“Comfortable Stay; we loved it!”

We booked 2 rooms on the 4th floor. Rooms were larger than usual, lots of mirrors, complimentary DVD player, large flatscreen TV, included buffet breakfast with good selection. Kids loved the pool and hot tub - small but did its job. Free in-room internet access, good courteous service. Free shuttle to casino really convenient. Nice touch with the pond of fishies at the entrance. Will definitely stay there again!

“Great hotel near outlet mall”

Great, clean, hotel. Inexpensive option if you want to stay close to the Seattle Premium Outlet mall. Good, expansive breakfast. Warm, indoor pool great for young kids.
