Pros: Room is large and the distribution is perfect
Cons: Supply clients with a small amount of shampoo. If it is a police of the hotel do not provide shampoo, it would be nice let people know in advance,
Location: Location is perfect. One of my activity there was Boing Tour.
- On Aug. 22/14 I arrived at the hotel around 10 pm. There in the washroom was not shampoo. When I asked in the front desk for shampoo, the person in charge said I have to get some in a convenient store. Just small thing could make a client happy

Decent place, terribly noisy

Overall it was an OK place to stay; not too far from Alderwood mall. Staff was friendly when checking in, less so the next day (they seem to be generally understaffed, one person on who a lot of the time wasn't at the front desk). Biggest problem is the noise. You hear EVERYTHING. Doors closing in the hallway sound like it is right in your room, and if you get noisy neighbours (as we did), good luck sleeping. They kept us up until about 2am. Likely our last time visiting this hotel.

Okay motel

Pros: Price was okay. Clean. Bed comfy. My room had a recliner.
Cons: Walls not soundproofed.
Don't expect five star luxury and you won't get disappointed. The room was good. Not fancy, but comfortable enough. Check in was fine. Breakfast was "take and go" meaning you got your coffee and muffin and took it back to your room, which was okay for me. Then I went out for a real breakfast. Only 1 somewhat complaint is that the walls are a bit thin. You can hear the interactions of people in nearby rooms. Sometimes a couple time during the night. And it wasn't my next door neighbors. Other than that my stay was okay. I would stay here again.

You get what you pay

Nice and comforting. Issue with figuring which hotel to stay at because they are in close proximity with each other. The breakfast was the saddest thing I have ever seen. The room I stayed in had a full kitchen. It would work if I stayed there for a week or two.

Convenient location for visiting friends on Whidbe

Pros: Clean, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were comfortable.
Cons: Can't really think of anything
Location: Close to the Mall with QFC, Pharmacy, and restaurants.
We found that it was a very convenient location for visiting friends on Whidbey Island, and the Boeing airplane factory. The Mall was withing walking distance - nice restaurants, Riteway? Pharmacy and the QFC with Starbucks

Nice Hotel

Pros: The kitchebette
Cons: The cigarette smoke from the 3rd floor that was coming in through my bathroom vent, a better presentation of their free morning coffee & snacks.
Location: Starbucks was just around the corner.
I found the hotel to be short on amenities, no fluff what so ever. No blow dryer available, was given a basket of shampoo and condition to pick from at the front desk when checking in. Was under the 3rd floor smoking rooms that vented into my bathroom. 5 AM smoke alarm went off and had to evacuate to the chilly outdoors for a half hour. Was offered a discount, but couldn't receive it because I went through Expedia. Will not use discount sites to get a hotel in the future.

Pretty depressing place

Pros: Though they didn't have a hair dryer in the room, they did have some at the front desk.
Paid for a king, got a queen. First room hadn't been cleaned, got a new room. Woke up to a fire alarm on the last day, probably due to someone burning breakfast in their room. Overall the place was dimly lit, smelled like smoke, apparently has theft problems, and in general felt slightly sketchy.

Room was very nice and what I needed for a short stay in Bothell. Staff was very helpful as she helped a trio of Brazillians find a good restaurant and made other helpful suggestions for them to make their stay pleasant.
