Close to the European Commission building in the European area of the city with easy Metro access.
We did eat in the hotel the breakfast had a large selection to choose from but we only had it at the weekend as it was a special deal. The evening meal was tasty but not a large portion.
Hotel is literally 30 seconds from nearest metro and in 5-10 min you can be in the centre of Brussels. Or you can walk into the centre in about half hour and in 15 min to the Royal Palace. Great value for money we loved it the staff were always helpful and breakfast was also good value
"Rooms are good and close proximity to grand place."
Very nice hotel. Firsrt i thought its too far but i could reach the grand place just by walking.
a straight road..... didnt use the metro service. Therefore saved some money for the bier....
Room has kitchen so one can cook food if wanted.
Living in Brussels but wanted a day to relax and sulk up the pool and AC so decided to stay here. The check in staff was very friendly and checked us in a little early. The room was very clean and we went straight to the fabulous indoor pool they have. On the flyer in teh room it says bring your own towel but they do have plenty of towels to use for pool. There Gym was first class aswell to include a sauna. Loved that entire experience. They also serve starbucks coffee in the Lobby which was a nice surprise. Every employee i encountered spoke really good english. The AC in the room was fantastic and the bed was very comfy. Plenty of english channels on the TV ( CNN , BBC etc ) If you upgrade on your room purchase for the breakfast to be included it is well worth it. 3 diferent types of eggs , mini pancakes, potatos , american style bacon, sausage, pastries, cold cuts, fruits , yogurts, even a waffle maker like in the states. Overall a great experience in this hotel. Location is about 5-10 minute walk to the Metro which is about 3 stops from the heart of downtown Brussels.
This is a convenient hotel for business travels, especially EU related business travels, because of its location. Spacious room, with a big enough desk for working. Good internet access. I only used the free internet offer, but it was adequate.
Home to most of the institutions of the European Union, the European Quarter’s gleaming glass and steel buildings add an air of sleek modernity to the affluent suburbs east of the Palais Royal. The main landmarks are the EU Council and Berlaymont buildings, and the European Parliament. The stately Cinquantenaire and Léopold parks contain several museums. Square Ambiorix is home to the fine Art Nouveau building, Maison St-Cyr.
