"Close to freeway/shopping, clean and comfortable."
A pit stop on a road trip for us, one night only. Rooms clean, very large, large bathroom, good WIFI, very good breakfast with lots of variety. A little pricy for what we got, but acceptable as it was quite busy and getting booked.
The only issues were the entrance to the parking lot as there are parking stalls right at the front driveway entrance as you are decelerating from a highway trying to get in.... can be problematic if someone decides to back out while you are trying to enter the hotel grounds. This happened to us.
The breakfast was very good with lots of variety but only very few tables and chairs for a hotel this size so some guests came in, gave up and left. This issue has to be addressed, perhaps get some tables for the lobby and open up the eating area.
No elevator, so if you are on the second floor and have lots of suitcases, it's a chore. Lots of kids when we were there running around the hallways, but that's fine, it's a family hotel.
Otherwise quite a nice place, good beds, good TV, good WIFI, nice rooms, lots of parking, good food, clean, etc.
There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby...but best reached by car however as it is a suburban semi-industrial/commercial area. I wouldn't be walking anywhere.
