“Simple and clean.”

Nothing fancy here, just a nice clean room for a reasonable price. Walk to the Hult Center or 5th St. Market. Decent coffee and continental breakfast also!

“Very good and close downtown location for one night”

Basic motel but, micro, ref, free high speed internet and cont. breakfast. Clean and very nice. Staff very friendly and responds to and fixes problems.

“Would stay again”

The only thing that I would have liked in the room was a bigger mirror. There was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom and it was located above the sink and was high.

A great deal, but not quite close enough to downtown and right near a busy freeway on ramp. But we were pleased overall - the value beats out any negatives.

“They need to know about this great product: bleach”

OK, admittedly this is a less expensive motel than I am used to...but 1)Mildew in the shower and bath. 2)Broken furniture outside my room for several days that appears to be the local ashtray, along with little shampoo bottles strewn for days. 3)Continental breakfast included prepackaged muffins that were soggy and stuck to the wrapper...better not to try than offer that fare. You feel like you can't open your drapes because the only window opens to the exterior parking and hallway. On the positive side, bed was OK and great location and parking was ample and free. If you can stand a little grime, go for it. It was inexpensive; with some new caulk and some bleach and a little exterior cleanup, I'd recommend it.

“Good location; price is right”

We chose this hotel mainly for the location. It was nice being able to just walk downtown, although Eugene's downtown is sorely lacking in the shopping department. We did find good places to eat, and it was very easy to get back to the highway where we needed to go. The hotel itself is a little dated but it has everything you need and it was clean. For the price, I think it was a great deal.

“Inexpensive but a nice place”

This was convenient to downtown Eugene. Nothing at all fancy but clean and well kept-up and low cost. Nice people and good service. Recommended.

“definetly not returning.”

The room cleanliness was a real problem. So much so, the we did not take the room but instead found one in a nearby town a few miles away (Quality Inn in Spingfield). I do have to compliment the Courtesy Inn management however, as they were very accomdating in allowing me to preview the room before I checked in. They aslo supported my request to Expedia for reimbursement of my room charges as they promised. I am sure they will learn from this experience.

Wonderful and eclectic restaurant choices in downtown Eugene. When visitng one should take time to just walk around and enjoy the sights, scenery and people.
