I shall only give a few as only have 1461 characters left. Staff were unhelpful, laxking in any customer service and sometimes plain rude. Rooms very extremely basic. Spa only available for one 2hr slot per day - so do not expect a spa weekend away - no robes in rooms to get to spa either. The restaurant is very lovely and the staff there were extremely helpful, menu was limiting, so staff gave the option to select a meal from the sports bar menu. Food was very good. We had mould in our shower (i was able.to wipe it away so it was mould stains). When we eventually worked out where our room was (as i say staff had no customer service at reception) it was reasonably clean - i picked up the artificial petals that had, i suspect, ordained the bed for valentines and placed them in the bin. Bed was comfortable and was remade for our second night, towels were also replenished for the second night. Rooms are very dated and the TV only offered a few channels (there is nothing else to do all day as you only get 2hrs in spa and we dont play golf!) Would be a good place to sleep if you play golf all day and dont mind lack of customer service. Also still waiting for manager to contact me as per suggestion of receptionist on departure. Very disappointed and quite frankly annoyed that ive just spent £500 on very unrelaxing 2 nights away
