“Total DUMP”

The hotel is very old and is in major need of a renovation. The hotel is extremely loud. There is a building under construction right next to the hotel so all you hear are jackhammers and drilling all day. In addition, there was drilling all morning in the hotel because of a broken elevator. The business center is comprised of a broken computer so son't expect to be able to print anything or scan it. The front desk staff are not helpful. You need to buy a T-mobile account to get wireless internet.

“Nett gelegen aber nicht mehr auf den neustes Stand”

Das Hotel is am Rande des Stadtparkes gelegen und umbeben von Gruen. Auch ein grosser kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ist dabei. Man kann aber genauso gut am Park parken (kostenlos). Das Hotel selber ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. 40 Jahre sind nicht zu uebersehen. Ob seit der Erstellung der Gebaeudes irgendwelche Renovierung gemacht worden sind ist nicht erkennbar. Ein Nacht ist ok aber laenger? Da gibt es hoffentlich noch Alternativen.

“Eines der ersten Maritim Hotels”

Baujahr 1972, sieht von aussen aus wie der klassische Sozialbau aus den 70igern. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und gute Betten. Bad sauber und alles funktionierte einwandfrei, allerdings empfinde ich eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang heute als nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

“Gutes Hotel direkt am Stadtgarten”

Das Maritim ist ein gutes Hotel. Angenehmer Service. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Stadtgarten (Park mit Seen) in der direkten Nähe der Altstadt. Sehr großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

“Charme der 70er Jahre”

Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr gut aber teuer. Restaurant und Bar waren leider geschlossen. Im Gebäude selbst fühlt man sich, als wäre die Zeit stehen geblieben. Es befindet sich in einem Wohnturm der 70er Jahre, der von der Inneneinrichtung auf "alt" getrimmt wurde, also falsche Stuckdecken, Plüsch, etc. ... wer's mag ...

“Zweckmässig”

Recht preiswert , aber eben auch ein älteres Maritim Hotel, zweckmässig für einen Fesivalbesuch in der Nähe , für einen Erholungs ungeeignet. Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung im Biergarten.

“Maritim Hotels sind nun mal Klasse!”

Bin rund um zufrieden, wüsste jetzt nicht was man noch besser machen könnte, war aber auch nur eine Nacht im Hotel und hab lange nicht alles gesehen.
