When we encountered a mechanical issue with our room, Juhasz Virag the guest manager upgraded our room, comped breakfast, gave us a departure box of chocolates and had the kitchen prepare a snack for our flight. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. We travel the world staying in the finest hotels and this hotel and service ranks up there with the best. We also took advantage of the spa including massages. Leona in the spa provided one of the best massages I have ever experienced. Incredible!! This was our 2nd visit to Budapest, we love this city, and if we return, we will be staying again at the Anantara in a junior suite. "
