Staff was very nice and friendly. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. My daughter loved it. Bathroom was a little small.

Good Value for your money

Pros: The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet area, but we found eating places around, and the mall was a 10 minute walk.
Location: Not much to do except shopping. There were a few restaurants very close by. Good food and cheap prices.
We were a group of 31 who stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in October, 2014 The managers at the front desk treated us very well and in no time we were all in our rooms. The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Not worth the price we paid

Toilet would not stop making noise at night. The beds were not very comfortable, for an "updated" room you couldn't tell. Also the heating/cooking system was extremely loud. Request if a close to entrance room was not fulfilled.

Pleasant but problematic.

Pros: Clean, quiet.
Cons: Hotel needs remodeled.
Location: Very convent.
Hotel rules were that no one under 16 was allowed in the hot tub, There, was not followed, because their was no one in supervision to inforce it, as a result it was very annoying to the other guests.

Stay was okay. I didn't care for my room being next to the pool noisy till closing at 10 and at exactly 8:30 it started again. When we checked in we were told breakfast till 10:30 and it was really till 9:30 we had something to eat at 9:25 but would have gone earlier if we had known. I've stayed here before and will stay again, just with a different room and I'll get up earlier for breakfast!

Don't stay here.

Staff is less than hospitable. Breakfast is in a room that is 90 degrees, with 2 staff and no room to sit. No silverware, no napkins, and take Clorox wipes to clean your own table. The pool is nice, however, they say have pool towels- they didn't have them in the am, pm, of anytime in between. When we asked we were told they were drying (several times) or bring down the room towels. If you are not immediately ready for your room to be made up (15 minutes- I was in the shower) they will not service your room- even if working on the room beside yours).
