“drive on by!”

Rooms smelled musty, thin towels ,Hall carpeting very soiled. Overall, the look was dated and tired. The restaurant was overpriced with poor service. Would definitely not return.

“Disappointed”

In just a few days....my room was not cleaned for a full day; my toilet broke; my TV malfunctioned.

“We will never go back.”

We were very disappointed. Room smelled like cat pee. Tub didn't drain. Hot tub was cold and jets didn't work. We moved to another hotel after one night.

“Not Impressed”

Hotel was far away from Erie shopping location. Rated as a 3 star but I would not give it that many. Hotel finishes are quite old. Bed was clean but not very comfortable in comparison to other hotels I have stayed at recently. Hotel room also had a residual smoke smell even though the wing we were in was no smoking. Walls were very thin. Pool OK but the hot tub was very small - only fits about 4 adults. For some reason the level of water was down. On the plus side, the breakfast was OK.

“Never again, it was a complete disappointment!”

I have stayed at several hotels in Erie, and this by far was the worst one. The pictures made the hotel seem very nice, and yet when I got there, it was under construction! And not only was it under construction with rooms that were already done, they put me in the "under construction" area. MY tub did not go down so one shower was all that could be taken, and the air conditioner did not work. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate me for my horrible stay at their hotel! I would not recommend it, nor would I stay there again.

“Less than 1 star”

I choose this hotel since Expedia gave it 3 stars and it was priced as such. It was anything but. I would barely give it one star. Not soclean, old TV, in a bad neighborhood, etc. I would not recommend you to stay there unless it is priced as a 1star hotel and that is what you are looking for.

“Way below expectations”

The heater in the room was so loud it woke me up every time it came on all night. The restaurant was closed for renovations. Breakfast was served by the indoor pool which was like a sauna. Staff was indifferent at best. Will never be back.
