Beautiful property, great entertainment at the pool, pools were all very clean, plenty of chairs available at all times of the day by the pool. The beach was rocky however the lagoon on the far side was fantastic and so clear. Juan Carlos at the pool was the Best!!! So personable and you could truly tell he enjoyed his job. Food was good and drinks were awesome.
Many of the staff could use some training on what hospitality is about from the staff that are extremely good at it. We only experienced one night where our ceiling was leaking (pretty badly) and had difficulty with the front desk addressing the problem. Multiple calls where no one answered and walking to the lobby multiple times to get someone to help us with this. Katrina, at guest services, the next morning was amazing and very apologetic for what we had experienced and Alexander was always around making sure we were happy and having an amazing time. Overall we had a wonderful time.
