I love this giant hotel in the heart of Ennistymon. I was able to park easily and walk easily all over the small town. There are amazing views from the 3rd and 4th floor dining halls at breakfast and dinner over this amazing 11-level waterfall that is a major highlight of the town, and a walking path from the hotel to it. I thought the staff was warm and welcoming. I did not have a chance to use the amenities while I was there, but I really enjoyed all the many breakfast options, especially the charcuterie meats, the giant pot of porridge, and fresh fruits every day!

The hotel is sprawling and beautiful! We were treated very well and the staff always seemed to be cleaning all around the hotel. Our room was spacious and we had a lovely view! We even met some local residents, donkeys!, which was fun. The breakfast in the morning was a large variety of food prepared beautifully.

There was a wedding reception that was taking place on 21.09. I called reception at 12am to see if there was a noise ordinance and the gentleman said no but the reception would end at 2am..so much for a good night sleep with music and a dj blasting! Also at 7am a delivery truck unloaded directly underneath our room #800. We were really looking forward to staying at the hotel for our anniversary and it was a nightmare with less than 3 hours of sleep!!!! Very disappointed.

The Falls Hotel is a quaint spot in Ennistimon. The walk around the property is beautiful. Very close to Doolin, if you want to go to Cliffs of Moher, it is an excellent spot if you have a car. The indoor pool was so nice. Bring a swim cap if you want to use it though. Very warm and hardly anyone there. Nice jacuzzi indoors and outdoors as well. Breakfast was nice, buffet style with many options. Staff were friendly. Room was nice, not too modern but sufficient. All in all a pleasurable stay. Try Clyde's restaurant in town just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Very beautiful setting with great views of the falls. Rooms are nice size but lack ventilation except for 1 small window opening which made the room stuff and too warm. Convenient to walk to town and a short drive to the Cliffs of Moher visitor center. Grounds are well maintained. Very well equipped fitness center and nice 20 meter pool.

Absurdly laid out building. Up one elevator to 4th floor. 3 lefts 2 rights long corridor just to get to reception. Up different elevator to 6th floor. 3 lefts, 2 more rights. Climb 20 steps with luggage to room on 7th floor. Oops, locked only key in room. Trace steps back to reception to get another key then back up to room. Ridiculous!

Clean and friendly
Room was newly renovated. Still quite old compared to North America but clean. No AC along with quite the trek and stairs to get to our room but nice hotel. Restaurant was great, great food and views of the falls.

Avoid room 445
Everything was great. I just would not recommend room 445 as it’s next to the Men’s toilet. We didn’t get to sleep until 2am. I wish they would have told us beforehand. When I mentioned it upon checkout they didn’t offer a partial refund or any form of recompense. A little disappointed for a hotel of that level.

Lovely location
Gorgeous hotel in lovely location. Was a bit of a maze inside, plus our room was very warm- a fan was provided for us. Swimming pool was great, food was nice in bar and at breakfast.

Our room was a large family room which we really appreciated the space and high ceiling making it feeling roomy. It’s an older hotel that brings some charm for sure but also a feeling like a slight refresh could be nice. No AC or fridge in room. If you want to swim in pool you need to have a swim cap. Not many people travel with one. They had a kids movie night when we were there which is cute for little ones. Property is pretty.

A beautiful waterfall on the property. Inside and out a beautiful place. A very scenic hiking trail with a river, canyon, rapids and beautiful woods. Close to the Cliffs of Moher.
