The hotel was really nice. The staff was great. The only issue we had was house keeping. Had to call the front desk more than once to get the room cleaned and towels. They got right on it but it should not have taking a call to the front desk for that to be taken care of. The front desk did an excellent job handling the situation and making things right.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, just wished the pool would have been open. It was closed the entire week we were there and I had brought my 2 grandsons with me for vacation. I told them before we left to go there, bring swim trunks so they could go swimming every evening. They love to swim. Unfortunately, they never got to go, not even one time. That was a big disappointment for them. The only other thing is there is one washer and one dryer for people staying in the hotel to use (complimentary). I went down to use it and was waiting on my clothes to dry. As they were drying, a worker came to the room asking me how much longer I was going to be because they were waiting on my to get out so they could do some work in there. That made me feel rushed and I knew it was no emergency because I just used the washer and the dryer. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!
My room was ready before the usual check-in time, staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating, the room couldn't have been more comfortable, large, airy, immaculately clean. The bathroom was huge and had all the amenities I'm accustomed to. The room was quiet, I didn't hear any neighbors nor people walking the hallways. They even had a complimentary shuttle bus that took me to my friends' house less than 2 miles away.

My son was admitted into the PICU at Texas Children's Hospital and I was in serious need of a hospital, at a time when all the hotels were booked in the Energy Corridor. Called to hold a room at anearly hour and the Front Dest Staff (Carmon I think it was) went out of their way to ensure that my wife and I had a place for the night.
If they continue this great service I might just use this hotel as a getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle of life.
Not to mention they have one of Very Few Indoor Saltwater Pools, an exellent gym, a great Bar and Grill that serves Great food and drinks.
If your on business, vacation or just want to wind down this is the place...
Nestled in the middle of nowhere, quiet, all the amenities that you can stand and everything you don't!

I love this hotel but it was a lot of activity going on. I could hear my neighbors above me and I would have loved to take a late dip in the pool. But children were in the pool until late. May need to establish a curfew.
I apologize i dont have names of hotel personal. The young lady greeted us as we entered. Room and key cards were ready. Accomodated request to be on the first floor. She was realy professional and charming. The room was nice great a/c. Wish i had asked for estra pillows but the bed wa realmcomfortable. The breakfast was the best i have ever had at a Hampton inn. I come to Houston 2 to 3 times a month i will always stay at this Hampton Inn
