Also known as Harris County Improvement District #4, the Energy Corridor Management District was created by the Texas State Legislature in 2001. Comprised of 1,500 acres, the Energy Corridor extends along both sides of Interstate 10 from Tully to east of Park 10 Boulevard and along North Eldridge Parkway from Interstate 10 to south of Briar Forest.
