“Great hotel and right near shopping mall.”

Came to Horseheads for a company Christmas party and we live 90 away so we didn't want to drive home that night. This was a great spot to spend the night. Lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again.

“It Was Good....”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. They said two double beds, but the beds were on the smaller side of being a double bed. I didn't care for the food at all. Overall, I would stay there again.

“Perfect for us”

Thanksgiving with the family in Horseheads was made easier and very pleasant by the Hilton Garden Inn there. We appreciated the amenities (crisp, taut sheets; good sized soaps) and the staff was always helpful and cheerful. We're congratulating ourselves on a good choice.

“Very nice”

This is a nice place to stay. Have been here 3 times in the last year and will be back again I am sure. If there is anything not quite right it would have to be the restaurant. The breakfast is always great, but the room service is a little lacking. Last time we were here (June) they forgot silverware and had to run back down and fetch it. This time I ordered the chicken special for dinner, and it was described as being smothered with all these vegetables. There were only little pieces of red bell peppers, and some pinapple chunks. Hmm. Not at all what was described. Also there was a baked potato with the meal, but no butter or sour cream or any type of topping with it. I ate it dry. I will stay again but will probably never use the restaurant for anything but breakfast. You would think that with the dozens of surrounding places to eat that they would try a little harder. Especially with the prices that they charge for the food the guest deserves much better. The restaurant needs to step up their game or they will find themselves just serving breakfast.

“worked for graduation”

needed place to stay for graduation, this was about 40 minutes away, but easy to get to. Clean, would have liked pool to be open until midnight, but nice place to stay.

“was looking for better”

We booked the king suit and it was to include a whirlpool tub in the room.When we got to the room we found the hot tub was the shower also so that was a little disapointing. The room was clean but felt small for what we were looking for.

“awesome staff, hotel is beautiful”

our only draw back was we had a problem with the local taxi. if you can find someone besides totem taxi...use them. they STUNK! hotel was great
