I didn’t have a chance to stay. After having my booking for over a month I found out the morning of our stay that the Motel 6 is closed and the location is no longer affiliated with Motel 6. Enter a scramble to find alternative accommodations through hotels.com customer service, who said they made accommodations at another hotel. Great. Except we arrived at the new hotel only for them to look at us like we had two heads each because they’d been booked out for weeks and had a) no available rooms for that night, and b) no such reservations under my name. Then cue another hour or so of trying to find a place and ended up snagging the last room in a town 30 minutes away. In speaking with hotels.com customer service they have claimed zero responsibility or accountability in this, fully blame Motel 6, and as of right now I have a pending charge by Hotels.com for a room that didn’t exist… even though they said hotels.com doesn’t charge the card, Motel 6 does. Lesson learned on third party vendors, skip the scam and book direct, folks.

The bathtub was caulked very carelessly & looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The floor around the air conditioner & toilet were stained plus very dirty. Some water got spilled on the floor by the TV & the towel I wiped it up with was really quite dirty. I did count 12 plug-ins in the room which was the only plus to that room.

Grody and Horrid; I would never let my mother or anyone I cared for stay at this particular Motel 6. Long black human hairs stuck to the bathroom wall. Long accumulated crud and spider droppings behind bathroom door. Warped, chipped and stained laminate flooring. Obvious management neglect and incompetent maintenance over many years. No coffeemaker, no microwave, no air conditioning, no shampoo. For the positive column: they do provide WiFi and at those prices, not so crowded, so relatively quiet.

All rooms have air conditioners, if yours was not working, I wish you would have let us know. Only our kitchenettes have in room microwaves and coffee makers; however, there is always fresh coffee in the lobby in the mornings and a community microwave as well. Thank you for your feedback.

Not clean. We checked in at 10pm, didn’t notice there wasn’t any soap or shampoo, toilet paper was wet! Paid $130 something for the room, not worth the money!

The AC unit didn't work in my room (well technically it might have, but it made a sound like a machine gun so I had to turn it off before I could find out if it put out cold air). The swimming pool was empty and closed. I woke up with a sore back because the bed wasn't very comfortable. I could have slept better in my car in the parking lot and saved $115.

The room was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. This is a very basic room, only absolute necessities. No coffee maker in the room was something I just assumed would be offered.

Coffee makers, microwaves, and refrigerators are available in our kitchenette rooms. A community microwave and complimentary coffee (from 6 am to 10 am) are available in the lobby. We appreciate your feedback.

Yes, we attempted to charge your card for 150 multiple times because you and your friend smoked marijuana in a non-smoking room when smoking marijuana at all on the property is against policy and clearly posted in the lobby. We have pictures of the seeds and stems all over the tables - the room had to be shut down for a day to clear the air. You have been placed on "Do Not Rent" status with Motel 6.

We arrived at the hotel a 1/2 hour before check-in hoping to just drop off our bags and were rudely and repeatedly told no. Then we ask if our disabled friend could at least use their restroom and were told no, again. Luckily, when we returned we were greeted by a different employee, Tristan, and he was fabulous. The room is very basic but comfortable. Be sure to bring shampoo, lotion, etc. because they do not offer any of these. Rooms are still not being cleaned due to COVID so be aware you need to save your towels. There are no signs regarding this.

We are sorry your stay was not ideal. Keep in mind that many Covid protocols are still in effect including in-room housekeeping while guests are checked in. All guests checking in for more than one night are given a handout describing the process for housekeeping needs. Additionally, due to Covid restrictions still in place, we do not have a public restroom available. We appreciate your feedback

Staff great, room clean- the access card for the door stopped working prior to the checkout time of 11 am. We were locked out while trying to load the car. Staff fixed it quickly - however it was an additional step during their busy time.

The rigid adherence to the 3:00pm check in resulted in a somewhat crowded scrum at the desk. Probably 30 people stuffed in the waiting area not distancing from one another. No way to tell if this is how I came back home sick and testing positive for covid 19 virus. This hotel was far from full.

The room was acceptable and clean, but there were three problems. One - the walls are paper thin, so when a very loud group of young stayed in the room next to ours one night it was obnoxious. Two - there was a mix-up about our reservation and someone on staff just unlocked and opened our door when we were in bed. He did not knock first. Luckily we had the latch on. Three - on Saturday night the cost went from $69/night to over $300 supposedly due to an event in town. Ridiculous and NOT worth it.

Generally dirty and not maintained very well. AC inoperative and did not have some standard amenities. Staff were nice though seemed overwhelmed. Not a bad experience but certainly not luxurious

I like that they have rooms with a kitchenette, including a microwave and refrigerator. That is not usually provided at other motels. It's a good location for when we are in Ellensburg, near downtown.

We are sorry for the inconvenience; however, the mid-April snowstorm as well as the pass closure due to inclement weather that weekend meant that our housekeeper was not able to work on upstairs rooms that day for safety reasons (our stairs are all outside.) Our only smoking rooms with 2 beds are upstairs. We appreciate your feedback

Good in a cheap way.
It was relatively cheap for how it was, the place I stayed in was clean and nice, service was nice, but it seemed like it’s still stuck in 2020. Doing old covid regulations and such, have to ask the front a lot of things like towels, shampoo, trash bags, and so on. But I didn’t care, all I needed was a place to charge my phone, have a CLEAN bed to sleep in, and a TV was just complimentary, overall, it was a nice place to be in for a small stay.

Room was absolutely disgusting. It felt like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The floors were sticky, the shower had hair on the walls, the were handprints on the wall and some gross looking substance on the wall.

This place is totally fine. It's a Motel 6 so don't expect a lot, but I would definitely stay there again. It's not brand new, but also not trashed, and any of the "downsides" are within the range of what's acceptable at this pricepoint.

Staff not helpful with a problem. Mattress was thin, like sleeping on the board it was ontop of. Pillows were small. Stayed in another Motel 6 the night before, way better than this one.
