“Smelled”

The towels and sheets were clean. That was about it. The room was musty smelling. The floor was dirty. The hotel stank from cigarrette smoke. Would not stay here again.

“great guest service”

There was an issue with the room that I booked, the front desk quickly gave me a free upgrade since there were no more rooms of that type left.

“Nice place”

This is a very nice hotel. Customer service was helpful. The continental breakfast was wonderful. If I had a complaint, it would that there were no side entrance. We had to park on the side and walk around to the front to get in.

“Good for the price”

Over all everything was good. I few areas could be improved on. I noticed that there was dirt buildup in the corners and by the baseboards where the vacuum doesn't easily reach. We had to move a night stand to plug in a lamp and it needed vacuuming behind it. Our alarm was broken and didn't go off in the AM. Luckily we woke up on our own. The mattress was comfortable and the gentleman at the desk was efficient and pleasant.

Area recommendations
We stopped here to and from a business trip in Alabama and did not tour the area.

There are restaurants in the area and some you can walk to.

“Great staff but limited facilities and neighbors”

Hotel staff gave basic explanation regarding hotel policy and breakfast time. Air conditioner was terribly dirty and can't breathe well. Several men in next room played guitar and had beer party but claim did not work and thus had to struggle until midnight. Never sticking to price only but consider the quality of your stay seriously!

“Good value”

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, convenient location and a good value. We went over Memorial Day w.e. and it was very crowded and busy. There were a few issues with noise and it is a "pet friendly" hotel. We did have to call the front desk when a small dog down the hall kept barking. Breakfast is sufficient to get you started.

Area recommendations
This area was fine. Many franchise restaurants and convenient to the highway.

“Decent Value”

GOOD: -Newer building -Room was clean -Plenty of hot water -Free in-room safe -Staff was professional BAD: -Sounds from other rooms are EASILY heard -Breakfast leaves something to be desired... but it is free -Exercise equipment is in some disrepair... but it's free -No hot tub... but they never claimed to have one.

“Etown Option”

This is a fine choice for an overnight stay in Elizabethtown, KY...nothing special, but a fine place to stay...
