stayed there on medical appointment, it is away from the town centre but staff kindly assisted to book taxies. Sabine provided exceptional customer service and was always very kind. the bed was comfortable and staff also provided tea making facility upon request. Overall good stay definitely would recommend.
Stayed for one night mainly to see the Peenemunde museum. This place was perfect as its near both stations which are both under 10 minutes walk away, and its near shops and restaurants. The beach is also a short walk away where there are more restaurants. Its a great area for families as well and this hotel is well located and well run. The staff were very friendly and helpfully assisted us with travel in the area.
We were on a 16 day tour staying at different hotels, This hotel was my personal favourite. I thought it maybe noisy as it was for families but it was lovely and peacefull, The rooms are in blocks so it isn't crowded, there is a swimming pool (outdoors) but we didn't try it. The hotel's breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed in, a great choice of food, & the best fruit selction of any of our other hotels.
The staff were friendly & helpful and the room was clean, we were on the 1st floor, so had to carry the cases upstairs as here wasn't a lift, but there was only 2 flights and these were not that hard to asend, they were similar to what you'd have in your house.
