Great hotel superb location great place to relax and unwind. Little nuggets iron room on site for everyone's use all times, for a top hotel drinks reasonably priced food a little bit more expensive but top quality.
All in all a lovely hotel all be it basic but comfortable I slept very well there at felt at home. It could do with updating the hairdryers from the awful machine attached to the wall that barely puffs air out and takes about half an hr to dry your hair and watch out for the attacking shower curtain most annoying! Also no in room tea or coffee facilities and the curtains are thin so the room gets light very early and street lights show through. The gym is very small more like a big shower room with old cv equipment in and a few weighs knocking around, least you sweat in there though!
I sent two e-mail to let the hotel know we would be arriving after midnight, ( the tine they will keep the room till ) I asked for a reply to confirm to my e-mail but I never received one back.
The staff on duty could not have been more helpful and pleasant, The noise from the service station was noticeable, but we were tired so it was not to bad, but it was handy to walk to and have a coffee and a snack before we set off on our journey.
Overall we would use this hotel again for overnight stops.
I booked a late getaway and chose this brand as it was an established chain. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly. Definitely one to recommend as it,'s location is perfect...15 minute bus ride from Alicante International airport (€1.55 fare) that drops you outside the hotel and only 15 minute walk from the centre of the historical town of Elche. Public transport is excellent and the regular bus routes can take you to many coastal resorts for very little, why rent a car? There is also a municipal pool complex within 2 minutes walk that caters for all ages.

Elche is renowned for its magnificent palm forest, the only one of its kind in Europe, comprising over 300,000 century-old trees. These surround and infiltrate the whole city centre, giving it a cool shady feel. The best known area is the Huerto del Cura (The Priest’s Garden), home to the Imperial Palm, a huge seven-stemmed specimen. Elche is also famous for its Mystery Play (Misteri d’Elx) dating back to the mid 13th century, staged in August.
