"Would not recommend this hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable and fell well below Hilton standards. The room was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and did not reflect the level of quality associated with your brand. Frankly, the accommodations were not worth the amount paid, and the overall experience left me extremely dissatisfied."

"This hotel is ripe for a major renovation. To start with, the hotel needs new windows. Current single windows are made of wood , the paint is peeling off, the noise from the street and an air conditioner unit installed on the roof penetrates into the room - ridiculous. Room size was OK, bathroom OK, Ed's were ok. There was only one chair in the room, hence the second guest has to sit on the bed or a small desk chair- subpar for a hotel of this rating. The breakfast buffet was expensive and unimpressive, other breakfast options (in the bar) even worse. The lobby is nice and well maintained. Both self parking and valet parking are quite expensive. If you are good on foot, I suggest parking in one of many nearby garages for one half of what the hotel charges. In addition to the room charges, the final bill showed all sorts of service charges and add-ons, so be aware of that.Staff were generally helpful."

"I would like to say that the property is in a great location as far as eating and shopping. Transportation comes right to the hotel from the airport. The breakfast is great and the hotel has a home vibe. We stayed 4 days and it was a great price. We did have some issues with the water pressure and also there were some ants at the sink when you turn on the faucet. Also, the air didn’t work in the room, it wasn’t an issue where it made us move to a different hotel or worth the change. We let management know and they came to the room to fix the other issues. We were out most of the day at night so it was perfect for what we needed and In N Out is right across the street in walking distance as well as other restaurants and stores. For the price, shuttle, and breakfast it was great. "

"Amazing hotel. We enjoyed everything! The room, bar/lounge, lobby area. We were in town for a concert and at check in the person who checked us in told us about a shuttle service available to us. Best advice! Great hotel experience"

"This is my go-to hotel when I go to LA. The location is in Koreatown which fits my needs perfectly. Walking distance to most restaurants I wanted to hit and around 40 mins to LAX. The hotel is nicely maintained and staff is super friendly and efficient. They were able to answer all questions and requests I had. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable, so after a whole days schedule, I lay down and instantly fall asleep. The bathrooms were probably the only negative. Shower and toilet work fine, but the shower handles were a little bit loose. Nothing major to worry about. The water pressure was great and the amenities was too. Overall, love this hotel and would always recommend to everyone I know."
