Very clean but old facility, very limited amenities. Hot water in lobby was not working: "We're waiting on a part." Keys mostly did not work on the door locks. Air unit did not function well and was loud. Breakfast was extremely minimal, but at least was set up on time.

This was a local hotel that appears to be used by the government and this was not clean and did not have breakfast services as advertised. Checked out early and went to another hotel.

Raul at front desk was very nice and helpful. However, our sheets upon turndown had hairs - disgusting! Also breakfast was included and was supposed to be open at 6am. This did not happen. We left at about 6:10 and nothing was set up. I would not recommend

I found a stained towel that apparently was clean so that was disliking, and the room was pretty hot because the AC was off so i had to turned it on to get it cool down. Other than that everything was good

Very Hot Room
Room was very hot. Air conditioning was off and it took 4 hours to cool off. There were two was clothes hanging on the shower curtain that were dirty and one had blood stains.

Front desk staff was extremely rude. Did not like dealing with people whom use 3rd party websites for bookings. I explained I thought I paid through the website and he said they only take payments in person for us whom commit fraud. I felt like that was a personal comment as if I commit fraud against this company on a regular. The hotel was nice, carpet was clean, bathroom had old dried soap on sink and a bunch of hairs inside the bathtub. One thing that really was upsetting is the fact they did not have the A/C on in the reserved rooms. When I arrived the room was up to 92 degrees, and even with the a/c full the room really didn't come down in temp till next morning. Breakfast was very disappointing, just coffee/milk and cereal, they also couldn't have been bothered to turn on the tv with some kind of entertainment.

This is one of the cleanest hotels We have ever stayed in. Absolutely meticulous. The owner takes great pride in this facility and it shows. Staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and eager to help. 10 mins from UTMB. Close to many eateries. Just off I-10. No Coffee Pot in room. No TV Guide on TV, or hard copy. No Stationary or Pen. I will stay here again.

I don't know who is rating this hotel at 8.0 or above. Facility was ok for cleanliness but dated. AC was off in room when I arrived, barely caught up with room temp a full day later, floors creak loudly with every step, felt bad for any downstairs customers. Neighborhood was not safe/pleasant or convenient, industrial area, you will have to drive to anything you want.

Complete dump. Motel 6 is better.
I wanted to "splurge" & expected a somewhat decent place for over $100. This was not it. I'm only leaving a review because the reviews I read that lead me to book here are horribly misleading. The neighborhood is NOT nice. I was worried about my car the whole night. There is a loud bar next door & a grungy looking cheap nightly motel almost adjacent to the building. You can hear TVs from the rooms in the hallway, the carpet is old and dirty, there was no A/C on my floor in the common area, the vending machine was unplugged, the sheets were itchy, it was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in in any hotel ever, the few bathroom items were complete garbage. The sideboards were coming off of the walls. I slept in my clothes and was afraid to touch anything. The only reason I stayed was because it was a non-refundable booking. This is a $40/night hotel room at best with a fancy paint job on the outside making it appear "high-end". Please please please don't waste your time or money on this place. It's the worst. I spent the same amount the last time I was in El Paso for a gorgeous luxury room somewhere else.

After checking in, air conditioner in the room was turned off, so the room felt extremely hot and it took a few hours for the room to have an acceptable temperature. Toilet seat was dirty with urine stains and the carpet was filthy. Air conditioner in the hallway was also not working and only one of the floors had a working ice maker. Also, late at night there were many people standing outside the main entrance as if something had happened. Don’t think i’ll stay again.

Great airport access
We were looking for a safe, clean place to stay before flying out of El Paso. Soluna fits the bill. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very convenient to airport.
