“bad experience with breakfast”

I have a bad experience of the hotel stay, because breakfast time, the other inconvenience the noise of cars leaving the road did not sleep and the noise made by heating is not allowed to rest is a loud noise and annoying.

“Very good option if you plan to stay at El Paso.”

It was a very good option since this hotel is located near the shopping center and just in front of the bus stop. The place is nice and clean. I enjoyed it a lot. The only issue was with the room service, they failed to put the complete number of towels, and didn't replace the shampoo and soap, so i had to ask for them. Everything else was OK. Definitely would stay there again.

Area recommendations
Cielo Vista Mall and Sundland Park Malls because they are easy to get to and you can find almost everything there.
Dining
You can't miss Olive's Garden and PF Chang we had a great time there.

“Nicest we've stayed at in El Paso”

Brand new hotel and ,as expected, it was very clean and modern. Upon check in on Christmas Eve we received a thank you mini box of chocolates wishing us happy holidays from the hotel (very nice touch). There was a plate of cookies on the counter that sadly was gone later that evening when I went down to get one. Room was immaculate, bed was glorious. As we were on the expressway side of the hotel, it was loud, we just turned on the A/C fan to create some white noise. I just wish there was an indoor pool. Best place to stay in El Paso!!

Area recommendations
El Paso is not my first choice to visit, but because I have a son stationed at Fort Bliss, I go there. The neighborhood where this hotel is at, seems very safe and there are plenty of restaurants and a nice mall right off the next exit on the expressway.

“will always stay here!”

“Wonderful experience”

It was a beautiful and extremely clean hotel and the beds were very comfortable. We had a room with 2 queen beds and each bed had 5 soft pillows. I usually have to ask for extra pillows and I did not here.

Area recommendations
Our business was in Las Cruces, NM and we did not spend much time in El Paso.

“Great location close walking to shops!”

We had a RV with us and this was a great spot to park it and stay in a nice hotel for a couple of nights on our travels. Staff were very helpful and it was walking distance to a number of great shops and eating spots! Next time when I'm in El Paso we will stay there again.
