Front desk staff was great. The breakfast was good in the morning. The area was very busy with traffic and construction so it was very noisy but otherwise that's my only complaint.

****Tje online ads are deceiving ***** The rooms are dated, as are all the pictures online. I booked what was listed as a jeered tub suite only to be told they don’t have them anymore. The pictures online actually showed them but… soho expressed my disappointment so the clerk said she would upgrade the room, I ended up with a “deluxe suite” which was just two rooms back to back, complete with two bathrooms, an altogether useless space for just myself. The first night was nonstop yelling and running up and down the exterior stairs, my co worker had to request a different room which became a chore for him to finally get. All in all, I likely would pay a little more for a better managed facility that has at least updated their online pictures sometime within the last decade!
