“Pleasantly surprised with the excellent service”
good hotel service and location
“Great Hotel”
Stayed there for Christmas holiday. Close parking, very comfortable bed, clean room.

The hotel was a real good value for the money. Breakfast was great and they even had fruit available all day and cookies and soft drinks in the afternoon. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay there again.
“look elsewhere”
the room had a very strong dissenfectant smell. Our room keys had a dominos pizza place on it but they didn't even deliver to that hotel. The employees are very slow to help. It is an older hotel with a renovated outside so don't expect new surroundings.
“Great price and great service”
Hotel was easy to find, very clean and comfortable and staff was top notch. If I had to say one thing negative, I would tell you that there isn't much food within walking distance and that was a bit disappointing. With the heat, it made it dificult, so we were grateful to have a car for more options.

Very pleased with the shuttle service. They took us most places we wanted to go. Their continental breakfast was great. Only unfavorable remark is the road noise by the pool. The lobby was not large but that was not important to us. For what we paid we were very happy.
“Good value for money”
This hotel offers a large room, free internet, and copious breakfast. It is close to the freeway so it was easy for my business guests to meet me. My room did not face the freeway and I heard no noise. There are some restaurants within walking distance, but to get to most you have to drive. The hotel offers free shuttle to those shops and restaurants as well as to and from the airport. I was there three nights and had no need to rent a car in El Paso.

Freundliches Rezeptions-und Hotelpersonal. Grosse, sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Hotelanlage und Zimmer machen einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck. Überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekte Downtownlage, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Gut funktionierender Hotelshuttle zum Flughafen. Empfehlenswert sind die zur Downtown gerichteten oberen Zimmer mit fantastischen Blick.
