“Very Nice Hotel”

The Hilton Garden Inn of El Paso hosted my 40th high school reunion. I was able to find a room in the hotel, and stayed one night. the room was extremely clean, very quiet, and convenient to the ballroom where the reunion was held. The rate was very reasonable. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to El Paso.

“Fantastic stay!”

The room was very clean and the staff exceedingly friendly! I left my phone charger and when I called and enquired about it, I was able to pick it up the same day, and they had it marked for when it was found and what room it was in. I highly recommend staying here!

“Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen”

The hotel was fine, the location was perfect for us, but they have no concept of caring for their customer. We drove 9 hours to El Paso, and were very tired. We went to bed at 9:30, only to be woken up by blaring music at 10:30. Assuming it was a neighbor, I went into the hall, but the music wasn't coming from any of the other rooms on the third floor. When I went to the lobby, I found the location of the music quickly, because as soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a deafening wall of music. I yelled to the woman at the desk "why is that music so loud?! Its literally shaking the walls in my room, 2 floors up!" Her response? "Its a party!" As if that made it OK. Apparently, they had rented a small banquet room on the first floor out to a party, and were letting them play their music as loud as they wanted. When I asked her if they could have them turn it down so it wasn't waking their guests up, her response was "Well, it will be over at 12." Again, this was 10:30, so apparently I was supposed to wait 90 minutes to go to sleep so the party could go on as loud as it wanted to. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager, and was told "no manager was on duty." Perfect. This is a hotel that clearly doesnt care about whether its guests actually get a good nights rest or not, so I wont ever stay with them again. And I travel a LOT for work, so Hilton has lost a customer for life. For me, customer service is king, and they totally blew it on this one.

“Highly recommended”

The hotel is relatively new so everything is new and pretty. Location is nice. Not necessarily central located but not totally west.

“Excellent service.”

Throughout my 9 day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn El Paso, all staff was so helpful and kind. They made a lot of efforts to accomodate my ever changing situation and always with a smile. Spacious and clean room. Many choices available for breakfast: waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, oats, muffins, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, etc... Conveniently located near several hospitals.

“Will definitely go back”

Hotel was in a very secure neighborhood, with a varied choice of shopping within walking and driving distances.Easy access to interstate routes to downtown. suburban shopping centers and malls. The building and grounds are very well kept. The restaurant is a little pricey, with a limited menu, but all items on the menu are delicious. we enjoyed our trip and we plan to return, for pleasure instead of business next time. We were born and raised in El Paso; still have family in the area and are familiar with the El Paso area.

Area recommendations

Areas recommended would be East, Northeast, Northwest and West Central and East side of town have the older neighborhoods and the south side is adjacent to the Mexican Border. This city has a high volumn of traffic.

“Very Nice”

Close to Utep. Away from I-10 traffic. Near a number of restaurants. Next to hospital too, if you need that. Very pleasant staff. A bargain for sure.

“Nice surprise”

The staff was great, the room was beautiful and comfortable, the maid service was top-notch. The pool was very nice and we really enjoyed the music that was played by the pool.
