The staff were courteous and exttemely helpful. I had need to extend my original reservation and they were able to let me stay in same room. Would definitely recommend this as a reasonably priced lodging

Not enough parking in close proximity to the room. Good access to airport. Breakfast was advertised, but turned out to be packaged muffins,fruit and coffee.

First time staying here. Great staff, great service, great room. My experience was perfect was helped out when i got there and answered allmy questions.

전체적으로는 사실 만족스러웠어요! 처음에는 방에서 조금 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났는데 곧 괜찮아졌고 침대가 진짜 진짜 편했어요!! 아침도 간편하게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 근데 공항에서도 시내에서도 애매하게 떨어져있었어요. 그래도 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 시내로 가기에는 편했어요. 한 가지 불만스러운 점은 공항까지 픽업오는 차가 4시면 끊기는 것이었어요. 그래서 저는 오며가며 택시를 타야했어요.

Cons: Simplemente teniendo limpieza y lavar todo lo de las camas.
El cuarto, las almohadas, las cobijas, las sabanas y la cortina de baño olian a sucio, todo el cuarto olia a que no estaba limpio. llegar cansada, y quererte acostar y que la cama y almohada huelan a cabeza de otra persona y no a limpio es totalmente desagradable. El desayuno es café, panquecitos, o avena. No jugo ni nada. totalmente desagradable. No lo recomiendo a nadie, por el precio se consigue un muchísimo mejor hotel.

Im from Los Angeles area, my dad lives in Juarez Mx. This was my second trip to El Paso. The first hotel we booked was awful (American Best on Gateway east)it was dirty old and smelled like dirty carpet. Im one of the biggest doubters wver when it comes to unfamiliar things or places. And who would have thought that Extended stay was such a great pick!! ****4 Stars! We got the studio w/2beds, mini kitchen. -PRO's * It smelled like nothing but clean. *updated, Comfy feel *perfect accommodating kitchenette. *staff was very nice and liked to chat. *close to airport, fast food, shopping centers. Overall great experience. This is my GoTo hotel when in El paso. * -Con's *half the night i could hear thw water faucets from other rooms. *(depending on what side of thw building your on) it was a tadd noisy from the busy street. Overall, its manageable.

The room was utilitarian -- it's a no-frills hotel -- but pretty comfortable. And the staff was friendly.
