“A nice hotel”

This is a well located and comfortable hotel is not luxury but nice just yo spend the nigth

“great staff”

the staff was great , went out of the way to get room ready , I was 2 hours head of time on trip and after driving for 12 hrs I was beat , they got the room ready in 15 mins . The bed and pillow could be replaced , pillows way too soft and bed to hard , other then that I will stay there next time I`m in El Paso

“Stom”

Pool was at good location and good atmosphere. But though we chose non-smoke room, the room had smoky smell.

We went to the area for a tounament. Had many Horror stories told to us prior to going. We arrived in the area and found it a very appealing location. The pool and Jacuzzi refreshed us after the hot days of tourist attractions. Visited White Sands Nationl park and Carlsbad Caverns and would recommend both. The staff were courteous and extremely pleasant. Would Pack to go again and would stay in this Hotel again!!

“Never again”

I have never seen a Travelodge that was this dirty. Our bedsheets and pillowcases had brown spots and obvious dirt on them and the room had been heavily smoked in without ventilation prior to our arrival. I am a smoker myself, so it should speak volumes that I had to open the door and window for an hour before I could go to bed due to the serious lack of oxygen in there! The "continental" breakfast would be better described as a "city block", it was nowhere near what a continental breakfast should be. I felt lucky to have found 2 pieces of toast with butter and orange juice. No pastries, no donuts, no eggs, no milk, 2 soft apples in the basket and a container of corn flakes (or some other cereal) was all that greeted us in the lobby, along with the most vile substance to ever have been passed off as coffee.. Lock your cars, too! Most license plates in the parking lot were from Chiuahua, Mx. Not sure what happened overnight, but I was awakened to some heavy police activity outside (yellow tape, lots of cars and lights, etc... like a murder scene) in the early morning hours.

“Enjoyed the stay.”

Very enjoyable. Only problem was that it was difficult to enter the entrance from the North off of I-10 or from the east off of Mesa. We had to go past and turn left into a parking lot or do a uturn at the intersection past the entrance. This was minor. There are a lot of restraunts and other things to do fairly close to a very "clean" side of El Paso.

“Would stay there again”

Clean rooms. Friendly service. Staff clueless about wireless internet problems, but we were able to work around them. "Continental" breakfast meager, but somehow we survived.

“Not impressed with check in”

Hotel was probably only one third full. Front desk would not give us bottom floor, instead they placed us on 2nd floor next to ice machine and elevator, noisey. Seen other people who did not have reservations get better accommadations.
