The BEST WESTERN Sunland Park is a location to many tourist attractions. Why, because Mexico the state is located about a few miles from the hotel. “Communication is the hardest thing...”

While not all the problems with both my reservations here have to do with the staff communications skills, I feel like they don't always listen to the whole problem and understand what the traveler's needs are. Disabled travelers be advised that they have an elevator to the second floor, which is nice, but not safe in an emergency. BE SPECIFIC that you need a downstairs room! As a positive note, though, the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, as is the whole property. Except for the communications challenges, the staff are friendly.

Area recommendations
This is a good area of the city to stay in. We like this northern area of El Paso best.

“Great Value”

The employees were very helpfull and courteous and the room was clean. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.
