“Good facilities, but poor service and needs refurbishing”

The hotel is certainly not five star by UK standards. The rooms are in need of rennovation, but are reasonably sized. I would describe the rooms as three star (by UK standards). The general decor of the hotel is tired. The leisure facilities at the hotel were very good. The outdoor pool was large (if a little cold in April) and the indoor pool was well maintained and warm (31C in April). The tennis courts looked good. What really lets this hotel down is its service though. We were originally given a room with twin beds (rather than a double as requested) without a working shower. The reception staff we extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, and only when we threatened to change hotel did they offer us another room. The breakfast serving staff were also very rude. Given the range of leisure facilities available, this hotel is quite good value, but don't expect too much from the rooms or the service!

“Tres bon rapport qualité prix”

Hotel très bien entretenu personnels agréables Pour la restauration plats variés et jamais les memes d'un jour sur l'autre seulement un peu chargé en matières grasses .... Hotel très recommandable personnellement j'y retournerai!!!!!!!

tres bon service accueil du personnel tres satisfaisant c'est notre 2e sejour dans cet hoetl on retournera surement l'année prochaine

“Kein 5 Stern”

Das Hotel sagt die sind ein 5stern Hotel aber ich habe immer in 5stern Hotel und das ist er nicht. Telephon war kaput Zimmer nicht sauber Internet ist nicht da tv war von 1970 jahare und weil mehr, bin ein Nacht geblieben und mir ein 4 Stern Hotel für halbe Preis und war 100 mal besser.

“Bon séjour”

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hotel vaste et bien décoré. Le personnel est sympathique et dévoué. Les soins thalasso sont très bien également. Je recommande cet hotel.

“Un bon 4 étoiles”

Tout est dans le titre, je voudrais juste préciser quelques points négatifs : - Salle de fitness payante - Jus d'orange le matin payant (dans un 5 étoiles je n'ai jamais payé surtout pas en pleine saison d'orange) - Buffet répétitif, pas très varié. Buffet spécialité Tunisienne très pauvre (Trop dommage). - Ménage de la chambre tardif même sur demande. Les points positifs : - Personnels très serviable souriant et professionnel. - Horaire des repas bien large surtout le matin (De 6h à 11h) - Proposition de divers pains dans les repas. Conclusion : un bon 4 étoiles

“Une situation exeptionnelle”

Merci à toute l'équipe d'El Mouradi. un séjour parfait tant sur le plan du confort que de la restauration. Une ambiance chaleureuse qui montre le vrai visage des Tunisiens. A une prochaine fois

Area recommendations
Avec une voiture de location tout est possible dans la journée.Situé au centre de villes et de site très connus, on peut avoir une très bone idée de la région très riche.
When to go
Décembre n'est pas la période idéale encore que la température soit agréable pour rouler et visiter. Le début du printemps Mars Avril et plus propice.
Getting there
Un passge à Tunis est obligatoire pour visiter Carthage le Bardot et bien sur Sidi Boussaid. une voiture de location permet une grande liberté de mouvement. Les distances sont courtes et les chaussées bien entretenues.

“proche de la marinade”

très bon hôtel qualité prix, bon accueil et nourriture correcte, un seul petit reproche l'animation n'est pas au top, mais le personnel est gentil et très serviable

SOUSSE, c'est une ville agréable, sinon sidi bousaïd voir le café des délices c un endroit merveilleux avec un beaucoup point de vue sur la mer
