Hotel was just perfect for a few days sightseeing in Barcelona. Conveniently located close to the centre with easy access to the tour bus routes. We very much enjoyed using the roof garden and pool to relax after the long days out. So many excellent restaurants within walking distance it was difficult to choose.
Hotel had a clean, fresh feel upon arrival and reception staff were helpful and attentive. Room was fairly small but furnishing was comfortable and modern.
We will be coming back for sure.

We stayed for 3 nights during October and found the staff and hotel to be excellent. It is situated in the heart of Barcelona within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions.
Would definately recommend this hotel to friends and relatives and our next visit to Barcelona.
"Nice appartment in a good location to explore BCN"
Reception staff could not be more helpful and all had excellent English skills.
Apartment was big enough for the two of us and well stocked with all the essentials, including a complementary bottle of water which was well received after the heat of travel. The bathroom was small but usable.
Location was great, 5 mins from a metro station and even less from a mainline train station.
Close by are many restaurants, shops and a mini market for the essentials. Also close by is the recently opnened Mercat del Born culture centre with interesting displays of the history of the area, focusing on the 1774 battle for Barcelona.

A great hotel , well located to explore Barcelona. Very cool décor and the room has a docking station for your Ipod / Ipad / Iphone with speakers integrated into the room and the bathroom, which is great. a lovely little breakfast room with a small outside courtyard area if you want it. All of the reception staff were really helpful with local advice and very willing to recommend restaurants (all good)and book taxis for us. The minimalist style does extend to storage space so be aware of that., One wardrobe and no other cupboards at all. I guess this is geared to the shoirt stay market but might be inconvenient if you are there for a week.

This hotel is a must if you're staying in Barcelona!
Even though it was the end of the season (Oct), the staff were friendly and informative (even though there were some very rude & surly residents who practically ignored them). The location is ideal for exploring the city. We preferred the 'quieter' suburb to the mania that surrounds La Rambla. We enjoyed a bottle of Cava on the rooftop terrace & this is where you can escape to relax after a busy day sightseeing. It was shaded from 5pm but still warm.
The El Born area around the hotel is great for evenings out. Restaurants are good (with outdoor seating) so no need to travel into central city for food.
Thank you to K&K Picasso for our wonderful stay. You deserve your high rating because your consistently high standards are few & far between.

Registration was easy and 'Lori' was most helpful. No problem with a late cancellation and re-registration - our change of plans. Lots of homeless (non- threating several blocks away). Good secure feeling. Get your shower early (with most rooms occupied hot water changed to tepid by 9 am). Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Took credit card.
The studio isa good size, enough for my partner and I but I won't recommend it for any more than 2 people. Everything was comfortable, clean and within easy walking distance to attractions (beach, El Born, Gothic Quarter, etc), plus the metro was within a couple minutes walk to get to those attractions that were further away. Only downfall is that you can hear furniture being moved in the studio above you in the morning which was a little annoying if you like to sleep in like us :)
All in all a great little studio and I would stay again.
