Amazing weekend vacation with unique Dead Sea experience. Shlomit, our hostess, doing excellent job!
But hotel need to improve the cleanliness and renovate some equipment like elevators.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. We had a personal concierge assigned to us at the start and Shlomit made sure everything we needed was made available. The food was excellent and plentiful and the spa facilities were perfect and relaxing.

Very nice hotel with all inclusive meals
The meals are varied and fresh.

The hotel has great access to the Dead Sea and a nice pool. We went during May, during a very busy time. That said, the dining area was extremely full and busy, with long lines for popular food items, and cups and drinks sometimes running out. However, the location is fascinating and the Dead Sea access and view are great!

Overall was fine, but there is a big issue with parking not being available.
It was clean and the food was good.
The staff is unprofessional snd rude. Any question you ask (like what time the water slides get open etc.) no one on can give you an answer.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself somewhat dated and in need of redecorating but was very good value. Food was plentiful with good variety of options.

The hotel room was clean, receptionist was patient and kindly changed our room to one with a bath tub.
The food was pretty good, free beer and wine almost all day, water slides operated in the winter, a few steps from the salty beach.
The only improvement opportunity was that staff could be more of service.. took almost 30 minutes to get a dairy free option for 2nd breakfast (the first time we asked it was ok)

The property foes not meet international standards. Service is not good. Had a sink clogged and house keeping never showed up. Food is supposed to be all inclusive however quality and variety is very limited. No real alcoholic drinks as an example only limited choice of local beers and low quality wine. The positive side is dead sea itself with amazing access and the rooms that are good size and great views.

Have to say it was great staying, Shlomit took care of us and spoil us.
The hotel theatre cast was great, Aviv was wonderful with the kids gardens.
Highly recommended.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The service was terrible starting from when we pulled into the front of the hotel. The person outside at the podium didn't even get up to help didn't say much except the the door to the hotel wasn't working and we had to use the revolving door while we pushed the baggage cart through. Then when we walked in and finally found the lobby the person at the desk was helping someone (who was not happy) once they finished we waited for her to call us. She didn't. We said something to her and she just said "yes' as if we were interrupting her.
We get our room key and head to our room. You can see that hotel is not being maintained, it was dirty and scuffed up.
We get to our room and it is not ANYTHING like the posted pictures online. The room that we chose was for a family. The room had only one queen bed and a sofa that took sometime to figure out as it was not your typical pull out sofa.
Our room kept losing power throughout the night.
The pool area was also ANYTHING like the pictures. The beautiful pictured cabanas are dirty, broken and put to the side.
The food was pretty good. The coffee was water down, awful. The dining area wasn't the cleanest.
They should have paid us to stay there!

This hotel was fair at best.The front door personnel were no help. The front desk personnel were curt and not very helpful. Disappointing the swimming area, Dead Sea and swimming pool closes at 6pm. Crazy as it is still daylight outside. The dining was a mad house as it is a buffet. It seemed like no one had ever eaten before as they were cutting line and taking more than they could eat. The hotels issue was there was not any control by the hotel for orderly food distribution. Once you were able to get some food it was tasty. This was by far the worst hotel of this trip and we would not recommend.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The food is great. There were few problems that were not resolved on my stay 1. The WI-FI is not good at all 2. The TV speakers is low and have static noise 3. The safe was locked and I asked few times to open it but no one came. 4. You need to ask for veggie food main dish.

Do not stay at this property! The dining halls and food service was incredibly unhygienic. Guests were using their bare hands to take food off the buffet and so was the wait staff! Our party got extreme food posiening from the hummus which the management acknowledged was off.
The hotel is shabby and dated. But even worse was the lack of cleanliness and zero hygiene when it comes to food.

The staff went out of their way in the lobby to help us, and arrange early check in. They could use some more staff in the kitchen & dining room to help with table turn-over. Beautiful balcony room over three days. Delightful stay!

Our apartment was clean, but the balcony was far to small to be called a balcony. Bed was comfy but the bedding was too small for the bad and the base sheet was tearing on the edges. The room was basic and a little on the 'shabby' side. There were no instructions how to operate the air conditioner or even the tv. There was also a lack of adequate storage.
Food was also adequate in choice and overflowing in quantity
Overall our stay was good value for money but would have been so much nicer if the Hotel in general had a good clean and a makeover.
Would we go back - yes, purely because of the value offered
