“Good choice for relax time in Eilat”

Given the overpriced, overcrowded, noisy tourist trap that Eilat has turned into, the Istrotel Yam suf is an excellent choice. It is a short way out of town to the south, so it is not surrounded with the unbelievable hustle, bustle, and noise of the "strip" but is readily accessible by cab or car. It is as overpriced as other Eilat hotels, but rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed (and our upgraded choice had breathtaking views). The only real beef is that virtually all hotel services are ridiculously overpriced. (WiFi access through the hotel is 24 shekels PER HOUR!!! ABSURD!!) Happily, there are other options nearby. The hotel restaurant and bar are also seriously overpriced. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet (included in room fee) is excellent; diverse, ample, and well-presented.

“Great place to stay and Scuba in Eilat”

The hotel is located across from the beach where many SCUBA operations are located. They also have a dive shop on the ground of the hotel. The hotel is off the main north boardwalk area, but that is what we were looking for as we are avid scuba divers and love to snorkel abd this hotle is in the best area for scuba and snorkeling. The food both breakfast and dinner buffets served at the hotel are amazing, plentiful, fresh, and have wide variety of choices.

Ask for rooms 4th floor and above for better view of the read sea.

“Hotel correct”

Buffet de petit déjeuner délicieux . Confort des chambres correct ( draps trop petits pour les lits) et pour le troisième éventuel qui dort sur un canapé convertible au confort trop insuffisant. Accès plage en traversant la route. Très petite plage et peu d'attention portée aux transats et parasols.

“Gerne wieder”

Schönes Hotel mit Toplage am Coralreef. Allerdings benötigt man einen Mietwagen, um etwas Mobil zu sein. Wir waren außerhalb der israelischen Ferienzeiten da, so dass das Hotel einen angenehmen Belegungsgrad hatte. Am Wochenende wurde allerdings das Frühstücksbuffet von Großfamilien gestürmt, so dass man ggf. auch mal 10 Minuten für einen Platz im noch so großen Restaurant warten muss.

Traveller's tip
Das Schnorcheln mit Delphinen am Dolphinreef (2 Minuten Fahrzeit in Richtung Elat) sollte man sich trotz des stolzen Preises (rund 50,- Euro) nicht entgehen lassen! Es gibt eine super Anleitung, Material wird gestellt und nach dem Erlebnis kann man auch noch an einem tollen Strand relaxen.

“super hotel a coral beach”

super ... attention pas de service le midi mais p'tit dej super copieux internationnal et diner pas mal .... par contre attention aux resa avec enfants ... il a fallu qu on rajoute 150 pour 3 j pour notre fils ds notre chambre .... alors pour les budget serré ( il faut y penser) sinon tout est prevu pour les enfant de tous les ages 3 piscines ( dont 1 pour les nouveau né) . SERVICE AU TOP

si vous plonger aller en face de l hotel a AQUA SPORT et pas au centre de plongee de l hotel !
