There’s a nice Japanese restaurant within walking distance. The only downside of this hotel was that lightening had hit their elevators and they were not working. This didn’t bother me but some elderly guest weren’t happy.

Room was good. Bed was very comfortable. Needed more towels and sheets for pull out bed but staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, but had to ask juice machine to get turned on and waffle maker had some issues. Over all still a good experience- it was a busy night there (eclipse).

The hotel is clean and a bit dated, but it is excellent value for the price. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel's elevator is not working, so you may have to climb stairs. If you have mobility issues, make sure you contact the hotel and let them know.

The hotel was nicer than we expected. Elevator was broken but they called us a head of time to see if we could handle stairs.

Hotel very nice transfers the staff. Very nice hot breakfast with good choices. Pool was great my granddaughter love it. Elevator was bing replaced so that was the only downside. I still gave the hotel a 5 rating.

The girl did not tell us upon check in that the elavator was out. We had already paid and done the check in process and was wandering around the first floor when I finally asked her where it was. She said that it was out and they tried to call us (we have no such message) and it was written on the desk. She never verbally told us until I asked. I have a knee and ankle disability and had to carry my luggage up the stairs…. It was a mess and I’m in a lot of pain. I can’t go back down until we leave and my girls are going to the pool without me. We should have a discount for this I think. While we understand the issues with “acts of god” we were never told that this was an issue until we were actually looking for the elevator. We could have been given a chance to stay somewhere else that would have allowed me to get to the 3rd floor without killing myself.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the elevator is...surprise! Still not working. Being a nurse, who had just worked a 13 hour shift on my feet the entire time, I didn't enjoy climbing 3 flights of stairs to my room. Also, the hot tub jets were still not working. I would have still used it but several kids were playing in it. Overall, decent stay.

The property was really clean, but the elevator didn’t work and there was no control on the hot tub as far as the Jets. Would have gave a higher score, but they really need to address the elevator. It’s a three floor building. I don’t think many guests want to carry their luggage upstairs, especially elderly. I was informed that the elevator had been down for quite a while.

Good night on the road
Very clean. Looked brand new. Quiet. Elevator was out of service which was not explained hotels.com. Breakfast was below average. I would stay again. Worth the price.

Elevator out of service, but clean and very good.
The facility was clean, staff was friendly, our room was spacious. We only spent one night, but had been traveling for several days so our suitcases were quite large. The elevator was out of service, so we had to lug our bags up the stairs to our second floor room. I believe this elevator has been out of service for quite some time (or maybe it is frequently out of service) because it seems that two years ago they were having the same problem. The desk clerk was apologetic and put us in a room close to the stairs on the second floor, but that room was directly over the pool area, so the room was pretty stuffy and unusually warm even in late December. The elevator thing is unfortunate because the facility really is quite nice and clean. But a non-functioning elevator will be a deal breaker for me the next time I’m in the area.

the elevator was broken and my grand daughter slipped and stumbled down the stairs twice. thankfully she was holding on to the railing. My husband was going to make the trip but couldn't (thankfully) he is disabled and would not have been able to walk up or down the stairs. I feel a phone notice or email of this problem would have been nice to let me know about the elevator.

Made a reservation online. I had gotten an illness at work and have a 5 week old baby at home. Was staying in a hotel to avoid giving my baby an illness. When i arrived to check in i was told they could not rent a room to me because i had a local address. So i was left to find me accommodations at 10pm. If that's your policy it should be stated and checked prior to booking the room. Ridiculous policy.

This property would not honor my reservation that was paid in full due to some ridiculous rule that I live too close. Sometimes people just need a night away. When I arrived I was turned away even though I had already paid in full. I will never recommend this place to any family or friends coming into town, of which there are many.

We got there it was overly dirty. Beer cans were left in our bathroom, you could see the white and yellow stains on the blue couch. The air and elevator did not work and they were not willing to adjust rooms. Half the lights didn't work and there were bugs in our room.
