“Extremly comfortable, but has one flaw”

The only flaw that I can even remotly complain about is the "hidden"costs. Eg. Using the computers in the business centre, and parking...we paid $25 for self park and since the underground parking was full, we had to park in an impark and have to walk through this parking lot to the hotel, being panhandled the whole way.

“Would return for the right price”

Through expedia, it was great value. The daytime staff was excellent. I would not want to have to pay for parking ($26/$30 per day) or for internet ($11/day). Would definitely return at the right price.

“Very Good Place to stay!!!”

The Hotel itself was very well taken care of and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The Restaurant had a great buffet, but lacked any privacy and was load. Overall I would stay here again without hesitation!

“Georgous room - heavenly bed”

Large room with beautiful furniture and oh those heavenly beds!! Watch out for valet parking, as it is over $30 a night. Go for supper across the street at 100 Bar and restaurant, amazing ambiance and food.

My boyfriend thought he lost his glasses one night. The staff were very helpful. They got us a cab to stop by at the 24/7 Shoppers Drug Mart. And they did a very nice follow-up the next day.

Great Value. Enjoy the hotel when ever we stay there (3 times this summer) Great beds, shower and salt water pool. Also very handy to shop eat etc.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is great, the rooms are great, the Sunday morning brunch is great. And they let you bring your pets. Of all the times I've stayed here, I've never had a bad experience.
