“Nice place to stay”

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. You had to pay for parking but if you stayed for the whole day it was as cheap as public parking downtown and shopping was conveniently located. The room was good sized; bed (and bedding) very comfortable. The bathtub was older and not very big, but clean.

We've been to this hotel for 3 years now and probably won't try any other Edmonton hotels. The rooms are really clean and the beds are SO comfortable. The part that we love the most is that the rooms are so quiet that you don't hear other people waking up in the morning and getting in the shower while you're trying to relax and sleep in! We always get room service and it's delicious. Just an excellent overall hotel. Keep up the good work!

“Recommend to everyone”

Hotel was really clean. Staff was very helpful and professional in answering all questions. Location is across the street from a mall, Shoppers Drug Mart, Subway, etc. Great location. Car drive isn't too bad to the West Edmonton Mall (about 20 minutes). Walking distance to Greyhound bus terminal.

“excellent business hotel in a boring city”

booked the sutton place following a late registration for a conference, as the official conference hotel was booked out. turned out to be a nice surprise. the room was very large (compared to what i'm used to in europe) and very comfortable for a week's stay. staff were very polite and provided service on a personal level. the hotel is linked to the edmonton city centre mall my favourite things are the free bottles (2X) of mineral water daily (helpful for sitting through a whole day of seminars!) and the free wifi

“Beautiful hotel at an excellent value”

Got a great rate through Expedia and had the royal treatment at this beautiful downtown hotel. The service was excellent and I will definitely go back again.

Found the staff really went the extra mile to assist and answer questions. Great pool and view from the top floor. Food and service excellent. Only downside was the closure of the Starbucks in the hotel over the weekend and early closing during the week day. Great Pub within the complex. Easy access to the mall across the stree from the hotel (skyway).
