“Great Hotel”
We had a wonderful time during our stay and look forward to returning next year! The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It was my first time travelling as an invalid but everyting was made easy and nothing was too much trouble.
“Not in the last impressed”
Was time to change the beds and bedding last time we stayed there, some three years ago; room badly needs full updating as do all public areas.
“Great downtown location”
The convenient location downtown close to all amenities including shopping mall connected by Ped Ways, many restaurants and pubs to choose from as well as theater and entertainment venues with in walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable although the rooms were a bit dated in decor. We will definitely book at this hotel again on our next trip.
“Clean hotel great for shopping”
Very clean hotel, great shopping in mall great for family with kids
“edmonton Sutton”
Parking fee not included in the hotel price.
“pretty nice”
Pretty nice hotel, but I was expecting a little better
“Very pleased”
Very pleased with this hotel.
“Expected Quality”
I stay in all the Sutton Place hotels. I would say that the decor, especially the wall paper and wood paneling, is a bit dated in the Edmonton location, but this doesn't detract from comfort or quality of service. The front dest is right on the ball with everything, and there are never any hang-ups at this location. The Edmonton hotel has a good-sized pool and spa upstairs. The quality of the cuisine for room service is superb. Will continue to stay with the Sutton Place hotels.
“On the Fence”
I liked the hotel, it was nice. There was a few little things that were not cleaned properly... for an example the phone book was covered in dust. Parking was ridiculously expensive... $23/day AND I made ONE local phone call and it cost me $1.05. The pool was small but nice, on the top floor, I did not like that you had to take the elevator up to the 26th floor then go up about 2 flights of stairs to get to the pool.
“Nice Downtown Hotel”
Great downtown location. Friendly staff. Beds were a bit too soft, but rooms and hotel was clean
