“Great choice.”

It was a good hotel for me and my children. The pool and waterslide were great, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

“Good family hotel.”

For our young family this hotel was great. It was clean and I'm a bit of a princess. We had our boat on the back of the truck, so the parking was great. Hubby and kids had a blast on the waterslide. Free breaky was perfect to start the day with muffins, toast, cereal and hardboiled eggs. Not a glamourous hotel by any means but great price and kept the kids happy. No movie rentals tho which would have been nice.

“Not Impressed. Will never go back”

Found to be not CLEAN and very rude front desk .Loud will not every go back .Forsure would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

“Very good value”

The staff at this hotel was very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast bar was pretty typical. Our only disappointment was that the website over-sold the size of the pool. It is really only big enough to be the landing area for the slide.

“great location, we will be back next time”

This hotel will have us come back again. It is not far from all that we need to see and the slide is awesome for the kids. My oldest is 15 and he even went down in the morning before we left by himself. The only thing is that the pool is right by the front door and that is the worst of this hotel. The breakfast is nice, real fruit cut up not bagged and coffee is great.

“perfect for families with children”

Hotel is in walking distance to varitey of shopping centers, restaurantes and bowling alley. It has a litle pool with water slide an hot tub and offers complimentary continental breakfast.

“Sporting Event”

Stayed 2 nights while in Edmonton for a sporting event. The room was great with separate bed from kitchen/living area, my 8 year old loved the waterslide, and the continental breakfast had lots of choices for free breakfast.

“Nice clean place, great neighbourhood, no big issues at all”

The only down side of this trip was the air-conditioner in our room didn't seem to be working right. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, totally met all our needs, and the area of town was completely nice - a very business district, with tons of shopping right near by. Was a bit of a trip to West Ed., but we only went there for one day as there was more than enough shopping right near by...pretty much the whole area around us was shopping! Tons of restaurants right near by, and the Denny's attached to the building was very convenient when we needed dinner when we arrived at 11:30pm. Overall very impressed. I would happily stay here again if we ever need to go to Edmonton.

Area recommendations
The neighbourhood where the hotel is located (sort of south-central Edmonton) is really nice--tons of retail, VERY clean, and absolutely no issues with drunks or bums or anything like that.
Getting around
You will really want to rent a car in Edmonton. Everything is too far apart to walk, but very close by car (get to any shop within 5 mins), and the express ways through the city are very useful for getting from one end to the other quickly.
Events and shows
The seals at West Ed was a great show! Very entertaining!
