“Wait for breakfast was too long”

Overall very good but when we booked we understood breakfast was included, it was but only for our 10 year old, then the wait to be served for breakfast was so long we walked out from our table....... Luckily Tim's is just a couple of blocks away....

“Great Location”

Hotel staff were extremely helpful with directions. Hotel was in a great location just off strip, easy access to get to major road arteries and nearby facilities.

“Can't wait to go back! Breakfast is amazing and it is such a quiet hotel!”

We have been going to Edmonton with our kids for a few years now. We haven't been able to find a hotel that is clean and comfortable, until now.This hotel is amazing. Breakfast is very reasonably priced and very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great for our kids. The hot tub had a bit too much chemical in it but just to sit in it was very relaxing. I was able to watch tv from the workout room. It is great that it is non-smoking. We will go back next time. It is an easy drive to West Edmonton mall as well. Great place.

“Would definitly stay their again!”

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Good service. Was impressed.

Area recommendations
Close enough to West Edmonton Mall but quieter and less expensive than staying right in or across from it.

“Great Hotel”

I stayed here with a friend as we were going to a concert at Rexall Place. I thought it was far from Rexall Place so not sure I'd stay here if I had to go to another concert, but that is purely based on location. Otherwise, I would stay here again. Reasonably priced and in great condition, and nearby to West Edmonton Mall.

“Great Location, comfy room”

We booked this hotel because of its location to the West Ed Mall. First time finding it was a little tricky, but after that it was easy to get back and forth to. It is located in a business district, close to a Timmies and car dealerships, so it is fairly quiet at night. Not within walking distance to the mall. The restaurant in the hotel was slow and fairly expensive, so would recommend just eating at the mall. Some of the food court places are open before the mall opens at 10. The room was comfy, with nice bedding and pillows. We would stay here again.

“"The best Hotel'”

I recommend this Hotel personally. Everything is perfect more than i expected.Nice and cozy. The fabrics all in white. The washroom are perfect with mathing white nice towels ( not the cheap one). Awesome stay love it. I definitely come back next time i'm out of town.

Food and overall service was good, hotel location not the best, area is mainly industrial, not very close to any shops or restaurants.

“convienent location to downtown and west edmonton mall”

“Great location”

The hotel was very easy to find, even without a city map. It's on the same route as the West Ed mall, easy to find your way back to if exploring the city. The hotel is fairly new, so the rooms were all up to date and we slept very well. The pool and hot tub were very small though, and no slides.

Traveller's tip
The hotel's restaurant is alright if you don't feel like going out, but the mall is only a 5 minute drive away, go there instead. Or, go to one of the many places along the way. You'll find something you're hungry for, whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or something in between.
