“A Nice Stay!”

Very pleasant staff... The breakfast was excellent! Our room was not ready on time, but the staff were very apologietic and nice about it. Had to wait an extra half hour to get in. Overall, I enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it. Very happy to see the bedspreads gone... I don't like it when hotels use those reusable bedspreads! It was nice and clean.

Breakfast was OK, newer hotel close to West Ed mall. We questioned the cleanliness of the room. Comfy beds and pillows.

“Very clean great staff and close to the mall”

I stayed with my teenage daughter we were close to the mall. Which was awesome. The hotel accommodated our need to stay another night due to the weather and even upgraded our room at the same price. The pool and hot tub were very clean. My only complaint was the horrible coffee.

The hotel was fine, 3.5/4 out of 5. Included continental breakfast which was also good. Pool and hot tub were ok.

last year we where at this hotel and the pool was cold the and still i and the sauna didn,t work and still doesn,t . also the we arrived thurs evening and we had coffe in our room friday morning , sat morning we went to make coffee and there was no regular coffe or cups , so the next morning i just helped myself to the housekeeping cart

“Close to West Edmonton Mall”

Close to the mall but I guess you get what you paid for. The complementary breakfast was not the best. The pool was cold. Would only go back for the price per night

Hotel is alright but not enough blankets and the room did not have a yellow pages nor a pen and paper pad.
