The hotel was great. The pool is awesome for the kids and the complimentary breakfast was really good. Not one complaint at all with the hotel or its service.

“Best Hotel Stay”

We stayed 4 nights and it was great! The rooms are nicely decorated making them very comfortable. The pool is nice with three distinct areas to enjoy. The biggest selling feature for us was the breakfasts - absolutely fabulous!!! Staff where always very courteous and friendly. By far the best hotel we have used in our traveling experience. Look forward to returning.

“Best hotel & staff in Edmonton!”

I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to Edmonton. Most of my business is done in the north east but I always stay here. The staff is amazing! They are so helpful & friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping. I must say though that Ricky is my favorite :) The breakfast is always hot & well stocked. The rooms are so spacious and the beds are very comfortable.The pool is open early and closes late. My family loves this hotel! We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Being as close as it is to West Edmonton Mall is also a bonus.

My only complaint was the need for better directions to the address, important since the hotel is situated on a one way street. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were great and while only a shower was provided it was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Got a great rate through Expedia.

“Exceptional hotel.”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, and quiet. Pool was great for the little one to play in, with a very good hot tub. Continental breakfast was very good, and front desk clerk packaged a snack bag for my little girls trip home.

“great stay again!”

This was our second time as a family staying at this hotel. Last time was when it just opened. Both stays were great! Staff are very helpful and friendly, you feel like family there! The only thing I would have a complaint with is the pool water is too cool for the little ones, but it wouldn't affect us staying there again. Also wish they would have made the building with better soundproofing between floors and rooms! Will see you next time we go to Edmonton!

“Excellent hotel!! Very impressed!!”

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was so nice having the pool open until midnight. My only (very small) complaint would be that the pool was a little too chilly for me. My kids didn't seem to mind though! We were also very impressed with the continental breakfast. Excellent food and the staff kept it very clean and well stocked up. Such a great experience overall! I would definitely recommend the Hampton to friends!
